rissian oil comapnies will build about a quarter of it...after that they will run out of money and go bankrupt...as for reserves lets face it there will be shortage of oil since its harder to drill these days...you cant just hit the ground and have oil spilling from the ground you have to dig deep and they tests and all the research are extensive and costly...
oil has always been about power and control...since the industrial revolution...why do you think we had wars in the past...they were all about natural resources..that is why it cracks me up when fa talks about commodities and peace..very ironic...
