We need certification testing by Nyserda or AWEA or some such. IF it can be proven to produce the claimed power, THEN we can argue: OK, so Mr. Brock broke the Betz Limit but he didn't break the DEW Limit etc.
If you "funnel" water thru continually narrowing nozzles does it not get more powerful/stronger? Wouldn't the same type of physics apply, to some degree, with wind??
