I doubt they care. These compensation packages are about dispersing funds accumulated from investors and the LOC. As long as cash flows thru payroll, the battery clown$ and the advisors that put these absurd severances in place, tamer will not give 2 ****s about the investors.
What I want to know is.....who wrote those compensation agreements? Who drafted them? Effing ridiculous.
