So i guess the Florida A.G. also thinks "where there's smoke, there's likely fire."

It's not just "ambulance chaser" opportunistic private legal firms going after DJSP now. Granted, maybe there's some political opportunism here, but i really think it's more having to do with a grave injustice coming to light and the authorities finally needing to step in and rectify matters before there's too much more misery and economic ruin for the folks in Florida.

Ya'll think Sterns is that dumb? The guy's a multimillionaire lawyer. I think he can be unethical a bit, but I don't think he's off the legal path: that the business will puke and he'll be lauded off to prison. Time will tell............

I have noticed that Bradford's been quiet on this board, so I do wonder what he's been a thinkin'. As for me, I won't purposely buy into a scam and I don't think this is one. If the guy's as creepy as some believe, he's probably already planning his escape to some small island somewhere. My guess is that this will be dealt with, he'll be fined a bit, admonished, sanctioned and whatever, and within two years the stock will be pushing double figures again. Sure hope so.........
