John, thanks for the update. It looks like Intel has two avenues, both the motion for consideration, and the appeal. Only if they are denied both do they have to pay the $250M, and even then, it doesn't sound like a huge burden in the grand scheme of things. Besides, if they win the appeal, they get the license for nothing, so there is always a chance.
