yep. and it fits with cup pattern. it is in the process of breaking the handle today so shares are tight. this is the final consolidation after the move from 7 to 20. i am seeing the top break either thursday or monday.
historically owvi puts out news on tuesdays and thursday. however their last financial release came out on a sunday night. it was stated in a pr months ago that the audited numbers will be out by 8/15 (which is sunday) my guess is monday starts the fireworks but could be thursday. should trade between 16 and 19 until then. anything under 20 should be a good entry. doubt any 15s are actually available, fishing for volume most likely or mms holding pps for better technical timing.
