Fair enough and I certainly understand your frustration but speaking from experiance I can honestly say good people reside on this board and the DD has been second to none. I have spent the last 2 1/2 weeks reading all the last 14 Months SEC filings and about 75% of all the pacer filings, I challange you to provide one shred of wording in any of those public documents that say anything other than this Co is fiercly fighting to retain control of the commons and the Corpoate Shell?
