could be, exageration seems to be rampant on RNNM.
randy barely qualified as having a trucking corporation ( he uses trucks to deliver oil rig equipment) , but he was one of the founders of a local organization with one of the founders of Ronn Motors. And Frigette existed but started a subsidiary for the Ronnzoil etc. Angeltouch was defunct, listed as an inactive corporation when they created a subsidiary to buy & sell cars for Ronn and order the first one. The only firm that seemed to really exist was the one that can package RonnZoil if anyone bothered to order it, but packaging oil is their main business and they do it for seemingly a hundred small firms. You order a few dozen cases and they will do it for you. Boss seems like little more than a new name, maybe even a new dealer, but hardly an established major manufacturer that can lead to hundreds of thousands of sales.
Boss could even be some sucker hoping for greatness by hitching his star to an established company ( Ronn Motors?), thinking that he has the whole asian market for products that are selling like hotcakes in the US.
The clock is ticking on the mezzanine loan....
