it's actually 15% royalty + all direct and indirect expenses - so if diwan expenses his time to theracour he's getting paid twice, plus it's not all that uncommon for firm principals to use the corporate bank account like their personal savings account - not that he necessarily does, but dinner would be an "indirect" expense in that if he starves, he can't be "expanding the lab" or whatever he does at theracour -
