The snooker table we played on has pockets, very small, where there is absolutely no "slop". A precision game with a whole lot of green to the pocket. Good ol' Danny could make some shots, even pinned to the cushion. So much finesse and skill. I haven't played in some time now as most of the "pool halls" here don't have a real snooker table.
My best friend and I play 9 ball quite a bit at his home. He has a beautiful small pocket regulation table. He beats me like a step child but every once and awhile, I get lucky.
