I LOVE it NT. Then again, I LOVE all the REITs right now. I am accumulating shares of CT, RAS, and NCT slowly but surely, and holding them in my Sharebuilder account. I buy a set amount every month, and don't worry about the price, as I don't even want to look at these again until I retire. Like all things, real estate is cyclical, and right now they are NOT part of the cycle. When the country finally gets back on its feet, these babies WILL be the hot item, and we will see great returns. I am kind of hoping for these stocks to stay in the toilet for a few more years, so I can accumulate more shares over a longer period. That was my idea with BP. I bought a small amount when it was under $30, thinking it would stay there for a long time, set my monthly orders, and the damn thing went up real nice! I wanted a few years of it in the dumps!
