As for the rest of that paragraph, I see:

Not very encouraging

I wonder how thats going?
If this can be accomplished then those shares may be retired
Sounds like a lot of maybes to me. Experience tells me that "ifs", "maybes" and 'attempting" are all euphamisms for "yeah, right"
The company has a huge debt and almost no revenues with a minimal piece of the only asset, the patents.
There will be an RS in my opinion.
