I guess its in the interest of Dutchess that they are quiete at the moment,seen the financing deal conditions. (some thought from me)

And the decline in price was not due to a dump of shares, it was a slide on low volume so I am not in panic mode yet :)
Our moderator is from a pennystock-picking site and I am uncertain about his role .
