With a Net Tangible Book Value of about $4.20, it is a bit overvalued. Never pay more than 2 times Net Tangible Book Value or you are paying too much. I think this fact is evidenced by recent insider trading.
It is less than a million shares but still all sells. It doesn't matter why you are buying, whether it is for short or long term purposes. Don't pay over 2X NTBV. They have a lot of things going on right now but until the NTBV becomes more in line with the stock price, it isn't worth the risk.
