Its probably illegal too but what about a deal where Teva won't market a generic lovenox for x amount of time and Momenta won't market a generic Copaxone for y amount of time. Although Teva sounds firm in their contention of Copaxone not being genericized any time soon the downside to them would appear much greater then the upside of another generic lovenox.
