nysemover, interesting -- what did they not PR that was more material, say over the last 18 months?

Ought to be questioned at the sahrehlder meeting, perhaps?

For instance, the $2.50 PUTS -- did the Co go to the SEC on this? If not, why not, as their fiduciary duty would require this in defense of shareholder value. Pathetic, as usual.

That is the point.. No need for that PR on the 45 day. They did it to start the selling. The good news never gets covered. Thats all
