What makes you think they haven't/are already on top of that.......the company is run by some pretty smart and professional people, remember?

Yup, so smart that an acquisition was done where later on $10 million in media credits had to be written off, the filings had to be redone and the "E" just can't be shaken...

Nobody knows since the company hasn't said either way. Given the companies track record of issuing press releases over minor events, one would have to believe that if they did get the required electrical permits, holding tank permits, etc. that they would have made a PR event out of it. Has anyone else called the niagara building dept and asked if JBI has pulled any permits? Has anyone called and asked when a permit is required? Remember, I did and was told ANYTIME you wire anything into an electrical panel, you must get an electrical permit. Also, remember John was quick to post his NYSE pass on facebook so once again we have to assume based on past behaivior that if they got any permits he would have posted them on facebook also. With companies like JBI that are not very transparent, we must do our own investigations and come to our own conclusions.
