ID, based upon the numbers run through July 15th (from Feb 1st), it is possible the shorts "could" have covered. But the daily report does not allow us to conclude that there has been covering with certainty. We do know that when aggregate short volume is greater than 50% there is no way the shorts are covering (simple math). Assume they were able to, and indeed did, the missing data would then lie in how short "they" were prior to Feb 1st.
As I told you last week, I have been working on a few other projects and plan on adding to the list I have already created as time allows.
