This is what I was sent.

It was my understanding that $200,000 would be enough to get the company going again. If that's the case, a contribution of .
00027700831 per share (assumming 722,000,000 shares)would produce
$200,000. That would equal a $277.01 contribution for every 1,000,000 shares. I think we could get a high level of participation at that rate. We would have to have some structure to compensate people willing to pick-up the slack for non-paricipants (either a loan with reasonable interest payments or share purchase). The biggest concern I have, if we are able to go forward, is to avoid significant dillution.



Complete morons!!! Wrong share structure, way off in costs, and delusional about the dilution aspects. Apparently the author of this is unaware of the TRO against the company and what a Judge expects for a plan to be presented. A plan that finances less than a week of expenses is a joke. Actually it is childish.
