depends on how much it is.. i doubt they could put enough together to make a dent.
To tell the truth, I dont care if the company comes back to life or not, but I doubt it will return as a public company. My only thing about this whole scam is that all those involved, from hess to furth to moskowitz, do time. Lots of it.
If the authorities can coerce these swine to return the 150 million they stashed away, perhaps the shareholders will get some monetary satisfaction as well. I really believe that bundle is stashed somewhere, and the
rabbi/moneylaundering/isreal/switzerland combination is the key.
all those trips to those countries tie in well with that scenario.
