Michael, these are indeed wild and scary markets.

I took a position in Nortel, yesterday.

I have been taking a number of positions over the past week, in stocks with charts like this.

As I read things, the selling momentum is abating, as evidenced by the declining -DI line.

There are no buyers, as per the +DI line.

If these markets start to rally, soon, I expect we'll see buyers trying to re-enter.

We'll see.
