There will never be peace between Israelis and Arab irregulars so long as those Arab paramilitary organizations are supported by subsidies from outside instead living off local taxation. The various Arab dictatorships are actively buying a war between Israel and Arab irregular parapmilitary militia to divert attention from their own internal problems. A lower oil price will cut that subsidy significant. Then the Arab boys may actually want to find a job stitching soccer balls intead getting paid in money, food and accolades to throw rocks at Israelis.
