Brightness, I picked 60 years because many still alive today remember those times. Face to face or from 1000 miles away the result is the same as is the culpability. We are spending our wealth on destruction instead of construction. The more we spend to kill the more we have to spend to kill more. It's kind of an addiction, the more one uses they still can't get the desired result. Eventually the result is the death of the user.
