I would say to start adding or buying here, but be prepared for lower prices. Also, as with any penny stock, don't go all in like some crazed Texas Hold'em player with an ace king betting ahead of the flop. This should be the small high risk part of a portfolio, though IMO it can be the entire high risk part.
