I pleased to see the focus is finally on what it should have been all along. “The financials.” Now, I don’t really think we will ever see them, but it is comforting to know that is THE NUMBER 1 PRIORTY. NOTHING ELSE SHOULD MATTER. Management is already 12 days late submitting the requested court documents. I know they will try the smoke and mirrors game. Maybe they will file incomplete financials and claim the FBI or the outgoing trustee has the rest or perhaps they will file un-audited financials and claim the SEC prevented the AUDITER from signing off on them. Perhaps management will try to convince the new trustee or the judge that 400 + days was not enough time and more time is needed. Whatever excuse is used, I’m sure management will try their very best not to submit the requested court documents. Management is very clever and cunning. They have made it all the way to August without revealing any information.
