I doubt if you have done much DD on this company.

You are certainly welcome to your own personal opinion of course, but that's all it is. A recommendation to sell at .60 or .30 may have had some legitimacy, but not at .015. ROFLMAO!

VIVK is a development stage company - you can say those things about every company at this stage. And I'm sure you can quote ominous boilerplate snippets from the filings. Yes, they are low on cash and need additional funding - we all know that. But it's what is ahead for the company that is the focus.

This is definitely betting on the come - no one here has any illusions.

But thanks for your contribution to the board. I see that VIVK is your only reason for being on iHub, so keep up the deep analysis since you are so dedicated to VIVK.

With the low share count this stock has, I don't see any reason for a reverse split at all. Not sure why you would even think this. Very rarely you see r/s with companies that have the share count this does and when they do, it is normally because they want to uplist to a higher exchange like Nas or Amex

Obviously you are a disgruntled investor from the .20 range who wants to warn us all of this stock. Thanks for your concern.
Quite honestly down here there is little downside to this. 1500 investment here could give u 10k in a matter of months. Heck I would bet an easy double from here at the minimum.
