It would be great if somehow the court could appoint someone and seal who it is. The longs would go ballistic.

I’m assuming Hayes left due to mounting pressure resulting from his nondisclosure regarding the SEC association. I understand why the poor shareholders were against having Hayes as a trustee. I also believe management played upon their feelings of despair. It was important for management to have sympathetic shareholders at the hearing last Thursday. Management played the shareholders like a violin.
