The float was around 20mm give or take...but the key was that insiders supposedly hold a significant amount of those shares, and when you combine that with the large initial buying pre and post call by the Den, it wouldn't surprise me if this is pretty far along.

According the e-mail Monk sent to everyone PNTV has 59,000,000 shares outstanding and 20,500,000 in its public float.
