Guys, try what I did before.. Call the investor relations office number that is posted on the Efuel website. The lady that picks up is clueless, but she will tell you who to call. Keep in mind though, she tends to be cranky so you have to be firm, or make it seem like it's very serious. When I called she was giving me a hard time with giving me a phone number-- ultimately she did.
If they changed people in charge of public relations, you'll find that info there. If they gagged contact with the public, then that's just.. messed up.
