Just a thought, since I have not read but about 5 posts today on FFGO.
If Searchlight Exploration, LLC is private and they agreed to pay .0034... per common stock then what is to keep them from buyng every share possible at the .0001 and save them from paying the promised dividend later?
They would save themselves a fortune. For every billion shares they buy at .0001 they pay 100k instead of paying those that hold the shares .0034. Searchlight Exploration, LLC will save $3.3 million in every billion they buy back now.... What are your thoughts?
