The preferred stock is not part of the Outstanding Share count or the float. These are common shares only.

The amount of restricted shares is less than 1 million.

The only problem with this, is that the companies common stock is no longer 550 million, its 700 million and change, as per the T/A.
I think somebody on here said it was possible that it "could" be back up to 1 billion by end of this week, not sure how he came up with that. But if you all read it, as I did, maybe someone else knows. Bottom line is they are diluting the stock again, weather good or bad dilution, it is being diluted yet again. I thought that they were finished when the stock hit 0006 but I guess they still need to raise more money.
Has anyone called the T/A today ?
