Not unless it's over Sanders' dead body. I believe AMD management can be prepared for a corporate shift if necessary. Everyone knows that Jerry would never go down with the ship, and who wants to be there when things start to go under water? I'm willing to bet that after Jerry stepped down as CEO, that his former senior officers no longer felt the need to tell him about certain "inconsequential" operational details.
