How can clear examples of false PRs by the company be irrelevant to your DD? Facts are irrelevant?

One does not have to go back 2 or three years to find such glaring examples... do you need more? How long ago was the divy? The million dollar order for ect by year end (2009)? The acquisition of Southern Candle? The A/S raised to 1.1B then 1.35B, then 2B in a matter of months? The Window World fiasco?

We don't have to go back two or three years to find fault. We only need to go back a few minutes. The PR's from three years ago can't be blamed on the macro environment, poor economy, or any of the other BS conspiracy cover up explanations. They also can't be explained away by saying we have to wait until Sept. 15th for clarity.

They said they hired an auditor.

They lied.
