12 million EBITDA for first two acquisitions. Where is this money? It's obvious they haven't been closed because if they had, getting 1.7 million or whatever to close the loan, wouldn't have been an issue.

I understand your confusion here. But you are referring to 2 acquisitions which were announced back in May 2009. However, those were not closed at that time (....signing of and execution of a binding agreement....and....an agreement in principal to acquire.....) and it is my believe that those 2 are still not closed at this very moment. Those 2 will be financed with the Inver or Newby-funding (or whatever funding for that matter).
As far as we know the LOI's are still in tact (according to mr. Bradley "they're still in our camp").

So, It is my believe that the 2 companies which were closed back in January are not the same as the ones you're referring to.
The discussion about the juggling by mr. Bradley with the acquisition numbers have been held several times in the past here on the board, and I must admit it is confusing...
