Looks Like FDIC playing kick the can, guess if they stall long enough she can jump ship before the fireworks (prob still have recourse but)Ms. Bair told Mr. Dodd she wasn't interested, people familiar with the matter said. She is widely expected to leave the government when her term at the FDIC expires next year.

Appreciate your replay Hardasset, I haven't been following the story as much as I'd like due to all the work I have to do on my new board, if any of you hear any RUMORS of NEWS to come it would be great if one of, or a few could come by and let us know on the RUMORED NEWS, NEWS and STOCKS GOINGUP board.
