And we await a share reconciliation to determine just how many shares are in existence.

The FBI and the SEC have already told everyone how many shares are outstanding here. If any newbie doesn't believe them, they absolutely deserve to lose every penny of their money to Moskowitz and Metter's con game because they are too foolish to have any and would lose it all to some other swindler sooner or later.

jay, no matter who wrote the opinion letters they were bogus .. and the stock issued and sold to the retail public ( illegally ) I hope the SEC and the DOJ nails all who signed or forged the letters

the SEC had enough dirt on spng to suspend and investigate them a 1000 times over .. option letters were just a tidbit ..

Jay, stop beating around the fringes. lay out what your issue is.

Are there 3 billion shares or not? That would be what all investors should be concerned about. the fact that in the Cresta lawsuit the company admits as much should be something you take seriously. That news verifies the June TA report and the SEC claims made this year. It also refutes 100% what Moskowitz has claimed to shareholders. so why do you believe Moskowitz still?

How about sales? Investors are pleading for leniency associated with a real company with real products. What about the fact that Spongetech has liabilities (accounts payable) that exceed revenues (accounts receivable) by millions and they have excessive legal liabilities. Care to tell me how this is a workable business?

If by some magical stretch we threw out the allegations of forged opinion letters, so what? in the overall fate of SPNG and its shareholders it will not make any practical difference. Maybe Mosky would get a few less years, but so what? how would it effect shareholders or alter the fact that shareholders are, for all intents and purposes, completely wiped out at this point?

The fact remains that there are 3 billion+/- shares outstanding. (Unless you are maintaining that the SEC, the FBI and the TA are lying and that Mosky falsely agreed with taht number) These shares were issued while the Mutts were telling you just the opposite. We also know that over 90% of their claimed sales did not even exist. We also know that they didn't and/or couldn't pay their bills in the supposed best of times and we also know that their prior filings were false.

So why would anyone defend or or believe anything a known liar ,like Mosky, says?
