Time will come and we will see. Others in the past have been just as adament with some of their dates. Look back to last July - Sept, you will see some opinions that are just as adament for settlement in that timeframe. So, I will believe it when I see it. When dealing with courts and the law, nothing is as solid as you make it seem. Expect the unexpected.
