Or maybe they are thinking faaar, far ahead and requesting that Metter be imprisoned in an FCI located in Texas so that he can enjoy the heat, humidity, and high quality of fellow inmates in the BOP FCIs in Texas.

I expect the BOP has a room reservation for Mosky in their Beaumont, TX FCI-Medium facility, so maybe Mett just wants to wind up close to Mosky when they go hasta la no revista, baybee.
