It's all very terrible. Why kid yourself?

The insiders looted the company.

Forged opinion letters to sell billions of shares of unregistered stock.

Engaged in consistent and numerous dealings which were not at arms length in order to further loot the company.

Did not pay its bills to suppliers.

Lost its licensing agreements

Even lost its factor.

Lied to investors about sales and revenues.

Created fictitious customers in its filings to create false sales.

etc etc etc ad nauseum

all is not terrible, just some of it.

come on now , about this silly story about the popularity contest with spng wining hands down .. what you had was a room full of stuck and desperate share holders who believed all the lies from spongy including pike 'who btw failed to to perform proper DD and heed all the red flags .. and a guy who doubled
down his position days after the suspension by the SEC.. that move was totally reckless and irresponsible and smelled of desperation or inside information' which would of also been another lie by the insiders making pike even that much more stupid .. and what smart company ever loans another company money unsecured? again very stupid of pike ...

since you were rating the courts action on cheering and process .. just where was the cheering section for the SEC, FBI/IRS and the us trustee? trying to get to the bottom of the 2 insiders stealing the company blind ???

do you really believe the DOJ will not charge the insiders?

it may delay but isnt getting to the bottom of this mess more important than anything else? it is not spin, just facts.

of course its a delay tactics .. each and every move by mosky and the 2 crooks have been lies and delay tactics

bring on a new trustee solves nothing .. giving the trustee time to do his job without spending time and unnecessary money trying to defend himself is wasteful .. he was appointed by the courts ..

only the share holder group and the crooked insiders are stopping the truth from coming out .. now .. by all the delaying tactics

and I see no response to the fact even with a new trustee the chapter 11 with 3 billion shares .. will wipe out the commons .. and the failure to file will cause the SEC to revoke the registration .. no one will front the $$100,000$$ for the certified audits from day

utter gibberish! all the delays are about ensuring that we never get to the bottom of things. If Hess, Furth and Pike are offering financing, it is strictly in an effort to keep mosky running the company because they know he will not divulge the secrets that could put them in jail. All of them are deathly afraid of Hays because he cannot be jerked around, bribed or otherwise compromised. They know that he will, indeed, get to the bottom of this mess. None of the crooks can afford that.
