Yes, I still like it for the next 6-12 months. Over the past 2 years, support looks as if it is at the $15 level. It has proprietary technology and is in the water sector --- a good sector to be in. If INSU drops its tunneling division or recruits better leadership for it so that it doesn't bleed red ink, the remainder of the company is profitable. Failing this, I think it is a good SC candidate for a buyout.
I bought 1/2 position at $16.90 and the second 1/2 at $16.50 ---- perhaps a bit early, but as I see it it had 5-10% downside from my entry level and 25%-35% upside.
