there are many commercial "office" building where you can rent x amount of offices and the building provides a receptionist/secretary to handle the phone calls. I would guess the phone calls could be forwarded to anywhere in the world. No need for ERHC to even hire a full time secretary. As far as all that wasted office space they pay for, that is a joke and a complete waste of money. Those office buildings usually gave a conference room that can be used when needed.
