To be honest, they timed it just right. If you use your head and figure on how mm's manipulate these stocks anyway, if our pos was around 4 or 5 cents right now, everyone of those holders would convert. Watching thousands of pink stocks, they would have dropped us down here anyway.

So, the holders that bought those warrants can either convert or hold them and sale slowly or not at all.

Dang i wanted out before those warrants started hitting, but if i bail now the only good outcome is i get a nice tax write off...
