I've always had the feeling there were a lot of unexercised warrants out there. Much more than those that have come to light. Hence the reason for the planned Reverse Split. Which was supposed to happen about 6 months after distribution. March, April, May, when the pump ramped up a few notches. I wonder if the board pumpers were given warrants for services rendered ? Also, warrants are a very nice vehicle for laundering. If SPNG would have been current and not under the SEC microscope, one can only wonder what the extent of this scam would have amounted to. 100 times the loot ? Moskey would have set a record in the penny scam world, far surpassing the current one. That record may be the only one not shredded by now, if Moskey had any brains.
The Cresta thing implies $800,000. I figure an average of $250,000 each for the sports venues, etc,.
I figure about $3 Million, not counting lawsuits, class-action among them.........Humm, is 10 Million a good guess ?
