I may be mistaken, but I believe OT may have been referring to their theoretical position as creditors based on services rendered. Tongue-in-cheek style creditors.

Risicare, yes, I was just surprised (not) that their names didn't appear on the list. lol. They have to file a claim and submit proof of their holdings, etc. etc.
