That's pretty funny, this debacle all began 11 months ago when SPNG couldn't file their 10k. Now after all this time, they still
can't even file their bankruptcy documents. Do the longs notice a pattern that has been discussed here for over a year? Does SPNG think they can stiff the Bankruptcy court like they did with the shareholders? I expect the Judge to ultimately grant some extension to SPNG to file the docs, but SPNG isn't playing with shareholders anymore. You can't use the, oops my dog ate my financials excuse with the courts.

well now, we all knew this was coming .. there are no real current financials or schedules or share structures to file .. because if he did it would help send mosky and meeter to prison - its all delay and stall
if he tried to file old doc .. it would not be accepted
