I will say no since the IL-28A B are weaker than IL-29 in terms of activating interferon lambda receptor.

IL-28 receptor (interferon lambda receptor) can be activated by IL-28A,B and IL-29. Since IL-29 activates IL-28 receptor to a much greater degree compared to 28A and B, ZGEN believes there is no point of developing 28A and B if they are all signaling through the same receptor.
