You are right with Sherri

A spokes person or marketing representative relies on their credibility. She has represented other companies in the past so she is no rookie.

I do not believe she would sell out on a few shares...now worth very little.

I also believe if she would feel that the company was a scam she would have left long before.

I feel it is a good sign she is still with the company. On the other hand the company has made her look foolish with stating dates that are missed. You might expect her to leave due to that??
