I'm very sceptical about QASP & I'm still searching for some proof that this isn't a scam, but why didn't he just release a few PR's about funding, let the ps run towards a few pennies & sell his billion shares at that moment? He could have raised a few times more then he did now.....And then he would have to run & hide himself someway in Southern America with his pockets full of our money. But he didn't...

Answered this before and I'm going to repeat it.

He cannot blatantly lie in a PR. He takes the risk of being nabbed by the SEC at that point. He can only carefully word PRs so that the impression can be such that something big is going to happen.

I don't necessarily think it's a complete scam, more like a constant fabrication of the truth. Dean has had to eat a bunch of humble pie lately. Too bad it's at our expense.

PS. Most good scamming ceos do just like Dean is doing, it's the dangling if small lies that keep them off the radar.
