I would guess it is more work to approve two enoxaparin products at the same time. And now they have this lawsuit to contend with, so I doubt as long as that is active they will approve another enoxaparin product.
I don't think you can read anything into when a second approval might come. But since it was so difficult for MNTA to get approval, maybe it will be a long time. Beats me.
