4 companies appear to be part of Al Solaroli's businesses, the first of which has been already on DB's acq'tn list for many months: Combustion Engine Technology, renamed "CET Corp.". All are related to engine/car/marine, esp. racing or performance-oriented.

Solaroli patented an "adiabatic engine technology", sometimes described as a kind of turbocharging, in 2001, when he had a race car (Porche) performance tuning shop in Toronto, Canada.
